INSIDE you’ll find a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining area, with smart TV and woodburner. There’s also a bathroom with shower and a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are good sized double bedrooms – the master has a king sized bed with ensuite WC and wash basin. The second double also has a king sized bed which can be split to create two single beds if required. The third bedroom is a single with adult sized bunk beds.

Outside there’s a large 100ft long garden which is laid to lawn – fully secure for your four legged friends. There’s a lovely patio area with outdoor dining furniture and there’s also a barbecue and fire pit for guest to use when the weather allows. There’s also a detached games room to the front of the cottage, with a comfy sofa, board games, books and a table football / pool table. Ideal for children or adults who want a nice quiet reading area.
